Inter-Flight Wars Competition Rules of Engagement The squadron is divided into two flights, Green and Red, and during each month both flights compete against each other in drill competitions, football matches, running, quizzes, debates etc. The scores are recorded and at the end of each month the best flight is announced. Competition is fierce as everyone wants their flight to win. Aims of Inter Flight Wars
Points Scale Uniform Monthly Inspection - Marks out of 50 per cadet Attendance Per night (on time) - 3 points per cadet Attendance at the following (outside parade nights): Drill Practice, Public Relations /
Recruitment displays and presentations, leaflet delivery, Community Work, RAFA
work and fundraising events. Discipline Verbal Reprimand - -5 points Individual Cadet Activities Newsletter Articles / Website Contributions / Introducing new probationers - 5 points Swimming certificates / Marksmanships badges / GIC Awards - 10 points Classification Exams (Pass) - 10 points(Pass with Credit) - 15 points (Pass with Distinction) - 20 points Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, Gliding Scholarship, John Muir Award - 25 points Promotion to Higher Rank - 30 points Inter Flight Activities Sports / Drill / Quizzes / Debating / Modelling / Bowling / Lazer Quest / Night Exercise’s Winning Flight – 20 points.Draw – 10 points.
